Delivery and Shipping

Items in stock leave us within 1–3 working days of order confirmation. With carrier transit, most provinces receive them in 2–5 working days.

Out-of-season pre-orders ship after the harvest; the estimated month is on the product page.

Standard shipping is 69 TL. Consignments over 5 kg carry an additional 35 TL. Shipping is free on orders of 500 TL and above.

Cheese and dairy ship in temperature-controlled packaging in the first three days of the week; we do not dispatch on Fridays so nothing sits in transit over the weekend.
