Returns and Right of Withdrawal

You may withdraw within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. Send your notice with the order number to destek@anadoludakiler.example.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to perishable food (fresh produce, cheese, dairy) or to food whose packaging has been opened. This is stated clearly on the relevant product pages.

For craft products (weaving, tile, copper, wood) the right applies in full, provided the item is unused and its packaging intact.

If an item arrives broken, incomplete or different from what was described, we replace or refund it regardless of the withdrawal period and we pay the shipping. Telling us with a photo on the day of delivery speeds it up.
