Distance Sales Agreement

SELLER: Anadolu'dakiler Ticaret A.Ş., registered with ETBİS. BUYER: the person whose details appear on the order form.

This agreement is drawn up under Turkish Law no. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Distance Contracts Regulation.

The subject is the sale and delivery of the product ordered electronically through the Seller's website, whose characteristics and price appear in the order summary.

The sale price including all taxes, the shipping fee and any discounts are shown separately at order confirmation. The price at the moment of ordering applies; later price changes do not affect the order.

The product is shipped to the delivery address given by the Buyer. Delivery takes place within 30 days of order confirmation at the latest. For out-of-season pre-orders, delivery depends on the harvest window stated on the product page, and the Buyer is informed of this at the time of ordering.

The Buyer may withdraw within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason and without penalty.

Under article 15 of the Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal does not apply to perishable food, to food whose packaging has been opened, or to goods prepared to the buyer's specification. Whether the right applies is stated on each product page.
